  • Order information. If you buy from the shop: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number (if requested) and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe, PayPal or Square). We never see or store your full card number.

  • Automatic information. Like most websites, we and our hosting platform may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location.

  • Cookies. Squarespace and related tools use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember cart contents and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the shop cart, may not work without them.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your messages and commission inquiries.

  • To process, ship and support shop orders, including taxes and fraud prevention.

  • To send newsletters or updates about new work, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We keep messages and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
